Bandit Catering is the creation of Stefan and Ania, a duo whose passion for food and nature inspires everything they do. Stefan, the heart and soul behind the kitchen, brings over a decade of culinary experience and a deep love for both cooking and baking. His dishes are a blend of creativity and craftsmanship—beautiful, delicious, and often infused with wild ingredients he forages himself, like fragrant herbs and seasonal mushrooms. An avid hiker and camper, Stefan draws endless inspiration from the forest, which shines through in Bandit Catering’s rustic, nature-inspired aesthetic. The company is named after his loyal dog, Bandit, who’s never far from his side on outdoor adventures.

Ania, Stefan’s partner in life and business, is the driving force behind operations and the lead planner for catering events. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for natural beauty, she ensures every event runs smoothly while adding warmth and charm to each experience. Together, Stefan and Ania bring a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach to catering—creating memorable meals and moments with heart, soul, and a touch of the wild.
